Regina is exceptional. Without her help, I would not be able to remain in my home. I would want no other caregiver than she. If I had to choose some words to describe her and her work, I would start with reliable, energetic, organized, careful, kind, interested in me and thoughtful. She never forgets my birthday!!
Thank you, Extended Family Care! I am pleased, satisfied and bursting with praise for the two people with whom you have entrusted my well-being.

I am writing about Anna, the nurse who supervises my care. It is a pleasure that I commend your organization for hiring such quality professionals as she. I find her to be compassionate, organized and thorough. She demonstrates attention to detail, is always kind, and completes her interviews without giving any impression of her being in a hurry.
After a professional career as a Physician Assistant, I am sensitive to good practice principles. Anna exhibits a strong knowledge base, as well as, the confidence arising from experience and training ? everything that equips her to perform the job she does at the highest level.
Finally, her visits (advice, suggestions, recommendations) have improved the quality of my life. ..she is the cornerstone of the services your organization provides me and is the face of your organization which I see. You should be proud of her and the impression she gives of Extended Family Care.

I was waiting for the bus crying because I was bullied at work. Shanika (an aide at Extended Family Care) was also waiting for the bus. She took my hand as I shared my story and brought me here (to Extended Family Care) and told me how awesome this agency is. I am very grateful to her.

Regina is exceptional. She makes the most of every minute she is here. Without her help, I would not be able to remain in my home. I suffer physical limitations and rely heavily on Miss Regina. If I had to choose some words to describe her and her work, I would start with "reliable," "energetic," "organized," "careful," "kind," "interested in me," and "thoughtful." She never forgets my birthday!! Thank you, Extended Family Care! I am pleased, satisfied, and bursting with praise for the two people with whom you have entrusted my well-being. - Judy H. We came to Pittsburgh from Massachusetts for a family wedding. My husband had a stroke last year and now needs 24 hour care. Marta was very thorough when she walked me through the itinerary of care she felt we may need for the weekend?s events. The staff that Extended Family Care sent were kind, patient, helpful, discreet and professional. The nurse that came gave me emergency numbers I should call if timing issues arose and when I called, Fran, figured everything out for us and the communication was great. It was a relief to know we could depend on all the levels of the help. The weekend was the best it could have been thanks to Extended Family Care. - Mara B. Home Care Whitehall, Pennsylvania

I appreciate what Extended Family Care did when caring for my daughter. It was a difficult situation for all of us and they couldn?t have been more kind and understanding. They found me a nurse who was the best. I don?t know what I would have done without her. I tell anyone who needs home care they should call Extended Family Care.
